Withdrawal is just as simple as deposit in Desi. You can make a request to withdraw your funds at any given time or day. To withdraw money from the account, click on your profile icon on your account in the upper right corner (right next to the “Deposit” button), and tap “Cashout Funds”. We have provided a screenshot to indicate this below:
In the section you see, specify the payment method and the sum you would like to withdraw. We have provided an example screenshot of the type of methods you can choose (please note the image is for representative purposes only).
At this point, you only have to follow the prompts on the screen for your chosen payment method and your payout will be processed immediately. Some important tips to consider:
Make sure the name on your Desi account matches the stated name in your bank account.
If you have bonus, ensure you have met wagering requirements to enable you to make your withdraw requests.
If you have simply deposited and are trying to withdraw same deposit, your withdrawal will not be processed. Our Terms & Conditions (Rule 85) dictate that deposits must be wagered prior to making a withdrawal request.
You have already withdrawn a total of 7500INR (or close to it), therefore you need to proceed to verify your account in order to make further withdrawal requests.
