As mentioned in our previous article titled "Which documents are required to be submitted for Desi Account verification?" the process is very simple and usually not take very long to complete.
Once you upload/submit the proper document photos (making sure to use high-definition photos to speed up the process), it should take no longer than 15 minutes maximum to check everything and notify you about the successful account verification.
If more time has passed and you still have not received an update on your account verification status, then please contact our support team so that we can look into the issue.
NOTE:
This timeframe does not apply for situations where the verification department has requested for additional documents.
