Please provide your Desi Account ID (if you are unsure where to find this ID, then please visit the following article titled "How to Find your Desi Account ID").
Also please make sure that the account has no financial history. This means that there have been no completed deposit and/or withdrawal transactions in the account.
KEY NOTES:
If there are any transactions in the account, then your request to delete the account will not be accepted.
If you still wish to deactivate your account, then please proceed to the article titled "How to Block Your Desi Account". With this option, you can also unblock the account in the future should you choose to do so.
