There may arise some situations whereby a client is recommended to contact our support team for further assistance, they will usually be requested to provide their Desi Account ID. If you are also trying to locate your ID, then please refer to the step-by-step guide below.
Login to your Desi Account. You will be redirected to the Home Page once you have logged in.
Once your are on the Home Page, navigate to your Personal Profile page as shown in the image below.
Once you click on the Personal Profile button, you will be re-directed to your Personal Account Info page as shown below.
Once on this page, navigate to the Personal Data page. You can refer to the image below to see this.
Once you have clicked on the Personal Data tab, you will be re-directed to the final page which contains key details regarding your Desiplay Account. You can find the the 9-digit Account ID under the "Account Number" tab as shown in the image below.
