Updated over 2 weeks ago

Making your first deposit may seem a little daunting, however once you have familiarised yourself with the process it is very simple and straightforward! Though, it is important to keep in mind that certain payment methods require you to activate the Transaction ID of the payment in order to receive your funds in your account.

The aim of this guide is to provide general instructions on making a deposit via UPI and making sure that the user activates the payment. The steps for this payment method have been outlined below:

  1. Navigate to the deposit page and select the UPI option from the list of available methods (note if it is not visible then please select another option to deposit).

  2. Enter the amount you want to deposit and then click the "Continue" button. You can refer to the sample image below for further clarification.

  3. Then proceed to making the deposit via the UPI application by downloading/scanning the QR Code you receive in the next page. You can refer to the sample image below for further clarification.

  4. Please proceed to pay using one of the options provided such as UPI, GooglePay, PayTM, and PhonePe.

  5. Once the payment is confirmed in your payment provider app, you will be re-directed to a new page indicating the funds have been sent. After the payment is successful from the user's side, copy the UTR number and take a screenshot of the page with the payment result.

  6. Return to the Desi payment page and input the UTR Number, then click on the "Confirm" button.

  7. Once you have followed the steps above, please allow some time for the payment to process. You can return to your account after some time to check and confirm if you have received the funds in your account.
