The aim of this guide is to provide general instructions on making a deposit via GooglePay and making sure that the user activates the payment. The steps for this payment method have been outlined below:

  1. Enter the amount you want to deposit and then click on the "Continue" button, please make sure the amount deposited is greater than the minimum amount required. You can refer to the image below for further clarification.

  2. You will then be re-directed to a new page whereby, you will have to confirm the deposit amount as shown in the image below.

  3. Click on the "Generate QR Code" option, this will create a QR code which you can download or scan and then navigate to your payment app. Note that you will have to use one of the following methods for payment (GPay, PhonePe, PayTM, or BHIM). You can refer to the image below for this step.

  4. Once you have the QR code or UPI ID, you can proceed to make the payment on your preferred payment app.

  5. After completing the payment on your preferred payment app, navigate back to the Desi app payment page (as shown in Step 3) and input the 12 digit UTR Number, then click on "Deposit"

  6. Please wait a few minutes after the deposit is processed and you are given the prompt that the deposit has completed. This could usually take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can then check your Desi account balance to confirm if the funds have been received.
